e-Kanban wireless smart sensor.

To simplify warehouse stock replenishment, FasThink has developed the e-Kanban system, capable of detecting and communicating missing material information to the IT system automatically via a LoRa-based transceiver.
The design of the e-Kanban Smart Sensor is similar to that of an industrial limit switch. Easy to install, thanks to wireless communication it does not require complex and costly cabling operations. It can be quickly mounted on gravity roller conveyors where containers are placed for material picking in production kit preparation.

Objective: zero contact, zero errors, zero cabling costs,
zero delays in automatic material replenishment requests.

The operation is very simple and efficient: whenever an empty container is removed from the roller conveyor or from other types of shelving, the sensor detects the state change and automatically sends a material replenishment request to the IT system.
